Seriously? I did water changes a few days ago. No need to be a jerk P predatorkeeper87 .
calling a spade a spade there champ lol. I'm not the one with the lasting impression of bad fish husbandry after posting multiple threads of why fishkeeping is hard and boring.

It isn't hard and boring. I don't have a lasting impression of bad fish husbandry. I have heard of people with saltwater tanks that haven't done water changes in years. I am not that bad lol.

those folks, I believe Yuki Rihwa Yuki Rihwa being one of them, dose specific chemicals to eliminate nitrate from their systems completely removing the need for water changes.

I know several hobbyists, with large tanks, that swear by them. Are they all wrong?

Nope. They aren't that efficient at all. D Doc-Fish explained it on my site.
that's seriously foolish. How does adding fresh water to a system not work? I could see the inefficiency side of the argument IF the system is incorrectly set up (too slow of a drip, drain too close to the drip etc) but there are people on here who do NOTHING but use drip systems and their systems are at a constant 10-15 ppm nitrate. Please show me how that can be inefficient when executed properly.
