If it's big enough or quick enough or hides enough not to be eaten.. sure..

Only time when you have to wonder if you can add a pleco is if it's a small small pleco with large fish(could get eaten) and with rays you can't have plecos.. plecos will suck on the rays usually.

I wouldn't get 3... If this is seriously and honestly a grow out tank meaning you're going to upgrade and have more room and money at the time to do so(pbass and arow will also need a larger tank anyways) then get one small motoro or something. Rays eat alot and will incress your bioload alot.. No sense in having 3 in a 6' tank..

Of course that means no plecos..
