What I think people are failing to realize is that HE DID NOT KNOW THE MAN IN HIS HOUSE. What if the naked man was a rapist/serial killer? Then would he have gone to far?

They were caught in the act(no mistaking that..lmao).........Yes he went too far.......
 
i would have whacked the kid around abit but not with a pipe, probably a whiffle bat, or something that would hurt like hell but wouldent kill the kid
 
Once again guys, all I am saying is the key points are:

1. He did not know the guy
2. It was the middle of the night


In the middle of the night, I can't see/think straight, and I guarantee I would not hesitate to use force with whatever I can get my hands on, if I think there is a problem in my house. And I would say that a naked man in my daughters room is something to be alarmed about.
 
If they were caught in the act, the father, as a Man, should very quickly be able to ascertain whether it was rape or not.

Assuming it was no rape, what the father should have done was close the door - from the outside - and let the kids know, in no uncertain terms, that the boy was expected to be out of the house in 30 seconds.

Hitting the kid is ridiculous, it is making a complicated issue much worse,and it is being disrespectfull to his daughter. ( I am not talking about the daughter's behaviour, here . That would be sorted afterwards.).

If I was that kids father, I know where that pipe would go next....as soon as the other guy came out of the police station...

ditto kid woulda been bleeding out from multiple gunshots had it been my house. you cant take chances these days people are crazy period!

only thing i didnt make noise like an idiot. the story i read yesterday said dad gets up everydat to walk the dog @ 4am. if hes been coming over for a year he shoulda knew that or at least the daughter should. he shoulda been "very very quiet from 3am on lol. it also said dad awoke to strange sounds coming from his kids room so he crept to the garage and grabbed the pipe.....
i bet that woulda been a hell of a shocker with a teen holding his pipe standing on her bed with dad standing in the doorway with a pipe :ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:
