I think it's cool. I don't understand why some people can't just accept different people like different things.
As hobbyists and fishkeepers, we have a responsibility to care for and maintain our animals as naturally as possible for the best of the species.
This thread goes a lot deeper than "different people like different things". This is an animal that has a genetic deformity that could weaken its species if allowed to breed.
This isnt a fish with a missing barbel or a torn fin.
Nature dosent allow deformed and weaker animals to survive for a reason... Natures cruel but if left if left to do its thing, is brutally efficient. If deformed or inferior fish/animals breed, the offspring weaken the genetics of their species and this is not something to be encouraged by paying/charging high prices for.
Thats why its wrong on a scientific level, not a "Shame the poor little deformed fish" level.

Anyway I understand where u coming from. This fish is only for my tank n my admiring n occasion update here. No intention to breed it. So no problem right.

Well TP stated that he paid king aro price for this tiger meaning he paid over $2.5k for it 
That patchy tiger is not a deformity it's a very low grade fish that fisherman would normally throw back unless someone starts a crazy crazy like they did a few years back when everyone in Singapore was asking LFS to get patch ST

Bro u are right, I paid more than 2.5k, I know it's crazy but I really love it a lot. If I tell u the asking price maybe you fall off the chair
I use to own two patchy ST and their uniqueness are simply awesome. I felt special or to u it's a defect fish, but its is something very rare n i felt its worth sharing. That's why I post this little king in three forum of which one is mfk.
Btw if I am affect by the negative comments I would have just disappear instead of replying to u n others. I am fine with theses comments Cos I accept not everyone likes the same thing.
