Saw mine out and about last night during a water change. Didn't measure him but I noticed a definite increase in length and especially in girth.

Mine seems bigger than last time I saw him but I'm guessing he's only grown slightly. Actually saw him in the open a couple days ago and got a quick pic.

My mega has outgrown his hiding places and is now just attempting to wedge himself under the driftwood. Every day I wake up to find that his preferred piece has moved from where it was the day before. Pics are terrible as usual but the large piece of driftwood in the middle of the tank was all the way on the right a week ago. On the bright side, he's accidentally rotated the driftwood so his hiding spot is now visible.

pretty sure mine hasnt grown at all!-) dunno how long he was stuffed in that overstocked 100g where i found him tho, could well be stunted.

Usually I can only tell mine's grown because I basically haven't seen him for months. Had him around two years and he's grown maybe 5-6"

If he rotates the driftwood much further I might get a decent measurement.

Had a quick measure as i wanted to move him to test actually what he eats in a smaller tank!-) doesnt look it in the pic for some reason but is the same length as the net inc tail, 10 inch so grown 1 inch since the thread started!-) whoop!
