I doubt he's going to budge. He seemed well content we he said "you and I are done talking." Then I told him I didn't think so. I did write him another email since his f^$& off one:

"Wow, you truly are one of the most inconsiderate people I have ever come across. I paid you for items, I didn't get everything I paid for, and somehow it's my fault. That's amazing. That really is.

You might want to take a grammar class, because my 8 year old cousin can come up with more complete sentences than that.

I'm really not sure what I should have "learned" in this situation? Fill me in on this one, chief.

Cash balance. I should have thought about that before I purchased. Then again, I didn't think this issue would arise.

Confirmed denial by paypal this morning:

Sounds like he's scraping by with bare minimum in shipping supply/fish to make a buck here and there. I wish you luck with it.
 
yeah Dave is a rip off merchant!!!
I ordered fish the same way via e-mail, and he took so long sending the fish after a friend and i payed... that it was easier to meet at a fish forum he was at in CT.
We got to the forum and he didnt have our order!!! We then had to fight fish away from everyone else that was pawing over his limited supply...
He pasically ripped us off for about 6 fish...
Thats the last time i order from him!!
 
wow this dave guy sounds like a real tool--sorry you got scre*ed over on the deal.. maybe if enough ppl know about this, they wont get suckered in.

As for the rest--my feedback on Aquabid is 4 negs out of 780, the last neg feedback was in 2003. I have been keeping apistos since 1959 and have been working with Dr Romer for 11 years-we have described over 30 sp and written 2 books, with number 3 on the way. I have spawned more apisto sp than anyone on the block, also I am good looking and intelligent.
