for pangasius, it's oily to the touch... water wise i think still ok
seabass, very oily to the touch... and top layer of water there will be a flim of oil. and my coarse filter will have a layer of oily gunk
prawns - it comes deshelled. most econmical. those with shell includes head and guts
anchovy and yellow tail scad (gutted). i cut it up but throw all in, including head
oysters are much worse than mussels when come to making the water cloudy
all does goes away fast with the filter
Ahh i never touches it with my skin as i always uses medical gloves when handling frozen fish food as i hate the stench it leaves on your fingers

I buy this machrobrachium frozen with shell, pinchers and all at an asian grocerystore. I think it is 450g per package for like 3usd my rays love them.
