Tonights project, distribution manifold for sump. I took the handles off to paint, I think I may leave them off.

Well that is frustrating. Outer diameter is a little to small. 1" spa flex tubing

Slow going. Lots of little steps. FX 6 for aquarium, 406 for the sump.

Smurf tubing! Flexible wire conduit. I think I aggravated the Home Depot floor rep when I got a 1" PVC fitting stuck on this tubing. I thought wow! Imagine how tight that fits and then with glue. Yet another experiment.

SP6 pump stepped down to 1". I put in a 3/4" pressured release valve and will add a back presure throttle in the intake.
