I get crap from my friends everyday. Its really strange how people I dont even know, know that I have a bunch of fish. Like the other day I introduced myself to a teacher I am going to have next year and she was like, "Oh, your the one who has all the fish" Who knew teachers talked about the weird kids so much, lol.

I don't really get any crap from it, it's more like, compliments. If you own a barramundi in Australia, noone will give you crap for it.
 
haha my friends bust my b*lls all the time, telling me they are gonna spit in the tank or whatever, but for the most part people are more interested and want to know more about it, especially when I have stingrays lol.
 
eh..sometime they think i care to much but then they always go lets feed your red bellied piranhas rats or fish!!!..or..OMG THE FISH THAT EAT PPL?!..lol i get that alot and im started to get annoyyed by that
 
I got one friend who actually got me started. I do alot of other stuff like dirtbike, and ridebulls. I am gettin a new dirtbike soon. But i do alot of stuff so they don't mind. Plus the people i know have fish or like to go fishing.
 
I just dont tell people but when my friends are over they are cool with it. They like feeding them feeders and some are amazed for like a minute but forget about them
 
if you have realy monsters in your tank nothing one say that your boring or a loser :D :D :D :D

iam still 16 old , but in germany is that enought to buy beer :D :D

I get most of my 'criticism' from coworkers who are more surprised than anything. They, don't/can’t, believe the, work/enjoyment, I, put into/get from, the hobby. Totally depends on who finds out what first. If they find out about my turtle first they usually are shocked, but the 90G Discus always gets compliments!

I've started a fair few of my friends on the hobby as well.

Oh, my parents on the other hand think I'm a loony!:screwy: (this was also when I had 6-7 tanks set up...) :D I've gotten my habit under control now... teehee
 
You should hear all my coworkers talk about the fish guy after they found out I bought a 500G fish tank. It took them a good two weeks to forget about it.
