Here is a pic of mine (my brothers actually) and she is nothing like the blue you posted. Her parents were a rednose and a blue, both were about 70lb pits. So they weren't small, but nothing like that whopper. These dogs can still walk through a door way without touching their legs on both sides. LOL

when i saw the other pic i dident even think blue... but shes pretty...
imho pit should be around knee high... nice tone and ripped muscle... not massive beasts...
and should weight 40-70 pounds.. bepends on blood..
 
Yup that sounds about right to me. Raven is about 20" at the shoulders and a little over 50# right now(at about 11months old). I tried to get a side shot of her in the stance to show her muscle tone but it didn't come out. She is ripped, after I run her for about 20 minutes, you can see the veins popping. I would love to get her in some dog agility comps. I think she might do allright.
