I have it in my 125 Aqueon GLASS tank for the 2nd time... I have no plecos in my acrylic tank. So.. will the xanto scratch up my glass tank or remove silicone?

I'm not moaning... LOL!!! :ROFL:

Pleco likes also to eat those silicone. I had my 135 glass before and my pleco ate up the silicone caused the 135 to burst.. Be careful..

also received 2.2lb hikari aro sticks and I dont mind the ST leaving at all.. Im actually more happy for the ST since Leighton stated that hes gona put it in his new 10x?x4 fish tank. so the ST will be way happier swimming in a way bigger tank so in conclusion the ST is in a better home. THE END.

If fish had feelings, I would say good move, but,....................

I am still having a hard time with the trade but if thats what floats your boat, then so be it;)

Just glad the Pleco will be the first of its kind to be treated like a KING:D

We need pics:popcorn::D

Oh sure they do have feelings! How else would the ST follow me back n forth and beg me for food like a dog waggling his tail at me lol... Im sure it'd be much happier in a bigger environment since it is a MONSTER fish... I'm debating on my Azuls as well... thinking if i should keep or sell since i only have a 96x30x24'' :(

Heres a few pics of Xanto after 2 days in a 125g GLASS Aqueon tank.

As you can see it is still stressed since its not all yellow as it should be :drool: Keep in mind the first hour it went into the tank , the fish was all brown and dark! Yellow is coming out for sure

That story didn't even exist. I was just kidding. lol, I don't know anything about plecos.

:ROFL:

Pleco = maybe from $300 to $500 each.
ST = no more / $$$$
Good trade / bad trade = to each their own.

Understand that your ST will probably damage/kill the smaller aro. I had done the same with my dats (but no ST) sold/trade all the dats to replace for the aro. Good luck w/the pleco and post some pics of it.
