the second pic is real nice bd
if the traits your saying are true i may have a part bd

Seems like your leo has the belly spots, Some of mine have it as well. Some leo have belly spots it's not just henlei that have it. BD is a complete package has to have all the signs. Is that your male or female brent? Imagine taking a BD male and breeding it back to a regular leo it would create incredible high quality leo and still be pure. Thats my goal to produce a high quality leo for about a 10% of the price of a real BD.

It's hard to get a good result on first generation (wild BD x wild BD )
As for the fish of F1, the tendency that the spot decreases is often seen.
There were many F1 BD like normal Leo.
However F2 fishes tend to get incredible beautiful pattern like hybrid (Leo x Hen).
The breeding BD x normal Leo also useually get great pups. This is the most easy to get beautiful ray here.

now knowing they are from EZman it does help and he does have one gorgeous BD in all those pics. All his posts only show one BD though and a really nice Leo. Did he say it was BD bred to another BD definitely or possibly to just a high quality leo. I would say he can be trusted based on rep and those are some amazing rays in the end result. At this point with your stock of amzing exotic rays right here in the USA we do need some BD so go for it. You have built yourself quite a reputation and I dont think any one has ever spoke down of you and the same goes for EZman so its gotta be safe and just one litter in the future will bring you back your money. Its obviously always up to you but these could be a great step forward in your facility and program with all these amazing rays. Good luck!

I guess csx4236's first pic isn't real BD.

And When my leo was young, he has many spot.(first pic)
But now his spot is vanished.(second PIC)
This animal is same style with your first pic.
