Not much to worry about with cb fish. It's always the wild caught, smooth scaled, and cichlid fish that when sick become a real problem.

Didn't feed last night so hopefully he'll eat tonight. I plan on silversides and bloodworms. He's been exploring more and even saw him on the bottom so that's a good sign.
I thought about scooping him up in a breeder box to eat undisturbed but that will likely stress him more.
If he goes another couple of days I'll move him to the 10 gallon tank.

Moving it in the 10g would stress it more, just keep the lights off and let it settle in more, try feeding now that its in the bottom.
It's only been a day, chill out 
it doesn't look awfully stressed so I bet it will eat soon. Don't change anything right now, even if you mean well that would just make it harder.

@Vancouver is trying to bully me into getting one (there have been a couple locally). I keep telling him I'm maxed out on polys in this tank and he's ignoring me.
Plus, I dont want a fish I never see, and everyone says how shy they are...
It would be kind of cool to have a collection including one of each of the upper jaws with a bigger tank... But then I don't think I'd be able to get any LJs, and I do want at least a few LJs.
