That is a crazy foot print. I would look at CA/SA Cichlids, you can get fish to utilize all levels that will get along and get pretty massive in there. I am of course biased.

Negative on the Pacu---------You guys no better than that-Well unless you have a larger tank once it outgrows that 400.

With that said-that is one sweet setup man-Congrats-
I would love to have it for a display tank...

Or maybe be a large mixed planted tank full of Angels or Discus and other small Schooling fish .

Semi planted RBP' tank .

or maybe a Large mixed SA' Cichlid or CA Cichlid tank .
