ugliest non-hybrid cichlid

I honestly can't think of any "ugly" cichlids. Black Nasties have some undesirable patterns sometimes, but I don't think I've ever found a cichlid I wouldn't keep.

Mayans or Paratilapia sp. 'polleni' for me. I love Convicts, Chocolates and Oscar's. Their personalities far make up for their less attractive looks.

oscars would probably be my choice. there are definite some unattractive (IMO) tilapia and Madagascan species as well though.

I think africans r ugly cuz they got no personalty and have messed up body shapes and i hate albino oscars and jds

Gymnogeophagaus balzanii ... nachual humps are just unattractive, and they have the most deformed one of the family.
