I know it is a hybrid, but @ petco last night a saw a BP x convict....yeah...fugly as sin.

that's awesome! Call it a blessing then.They are 2 "chain" pet stores in America that are putting all of the small mom and pop style stores, with all of the great and exotic fish, out of business.They sell over bred and inter bred fish that wind up just ugly in comparison to wild and near wild fish with pure bloodlines etc. that only a select few care about anymore.

i agree with TheFishJunky my favorite fish store near my house is about to close because of those two store i can't stand it
