unconstitutional???

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Come one DANNYBOi, I really think you are using the term, "unconstitutional" very loosely. Please explain how the imposition of hunting and fishing licensing fees is unconstitutional. What article of the constitution is being violated? What amendment to the constitution is being violated? Which of the bill of rights is being violated? Give me one example of what's unconstitutional about fishing and hunting licenses?

A government is the organization, machinery, or agency through which a political unit exercises its authority, controls and administers public policy, and directs and controls the actions of its members or subjects[1].

You're not answering my question. You need to read the constitution before you make the claim that something is unconstitiutional. All I'm asking is which article, bill of right or amendment in the constitution is being violated.

Grow up, Dannyboi and join the rest of us adults in the real world. I'm out. This is like beating a dead horse.

The Sportman's Rights Act goes on to outline provisions for the illegal activity associated with interfering in the process of hunting or fishing. Developed in 1997, the Act prohibits wildlife activists from barring or preventing anyone from legally hunting or catching wild mammals, fish, birds or reptiles. The Act goes on to say no one is permitted to harass or disturb wildlife for the purpose of protecting the wildlife from being hunted or caught. For individuals who violate the Texas Sportsman's Rights Act, a charge with a Class B misdeamor may be cited.

wish new york was that way

He 18, so a fricking adult. Should be responsible enough to buy a license. If he can't afford one then maybe you should buy it for him.

i don't have a problem with the license and /or fine . we have more liberty here than people in most countries ... what i don't like is them taking the pole . its not unheard of for cops to take advantage of peoples rights , especially a kid who they know they can intimidate . wouldn't suprise me if they stole it . but i have no idea , maybe they're allowed to do that . if they are , i'd say thats jive .
