it actually looks like an improvement. it's bad enough they are rehashing it, but I guess if it's an improvement over the previous ones that would be good

is the black dude the thing? I usually don't like it when they change the race of a character. and who is the villain? please tell me it's not Dr. doom
 
The Black kid is the torch and yes Doom is the Villain. Also Reed Richards is a teenager too and they get their powers in a lab(on Earth; Much like David Banner did on the Hulk TV show).

they're planning an all women cast to do ghostbuster reboot.

I barely remember GB so it doesn't bother me much...Plus this has been having such trouble getting off the ground.
 
Fantastic Four;I don't care for them changing the race of characters either and as if that ain't bad enough they go a step farther and change the story....good thing I'm not particularly a fan of that group of heroes...Lol @the all girl GhostBusters redux.
 
Why must there be so many classics being butchered atm... Ghost Busters as an all girl cast i can maybe live with, since its been long enough since the original came out that things could have changed, and they were at the end of the day normal people so to speak...

But whats with Fantastic four changing their story line and the characters races? that just seems wrong... unless the Fantastic 4 comics developed a new story line and they are basing it off that somehow?

Funny thing is Marvel is so pissed at what Fox is doing that Marvel cancelled their comic because they don't want anyone connecting the movie to the comics.
 
^ im honestly not surprised, marvel is pushing big time lately, even around Asia, so for anyone other than Marvel to start changing plots could screw things up for their comics...
 
I honestly would prefer a well made movie with good actors and writing that strayed from the story, over a pile of dung that followed the comics storyline
