UPDATE EVERYONE

Just buy some ghost shrimp tomorrow. She will take to them. Once you get her eating good then try to convert her over. Buy about a dozen of them and ask for some smaller ones. Then put all 12 in the tank and watch. Black worms are an absolute mess to use and I would only advise if she doesn't eat the ghost shrimp. As far as a good staple food, I feed mainly shrimp and scallops. I throw some raw fish in from time to time. I feed cooked shrimp just as much as raw shrimp. Everyone has their own opinions. My thought is if cooking food takes all the vitamins and minerals out then we would of died off a long time ago. Walmart sells a big bag of cooked salad shrimp that are about an inch long. The rays love them and I don't have to cut them up but my rays are larger.

Get live ghost shrimp. What I do if I have a new ray that doesn't want dead food I feed live ghost shrimp for a couple of days. Then I kill the ghost shrimp and let the rays eat them dead one day and then introduce some small pieces of frozen shrimp with the dead ghost shrimp and then feed only the frozen shrimp. I have only ran into a couple of rays out of 20 plus that this did not work on.

thanks fish dog. i picked up 12 ghost shrimp like u said threw them all in there. she ate them all minus 1 or 2 cuz mr. aro snatched sum up. Im gunna go crab a ton of them and throw them in a 30g temp tank i have set up so i have sumtin to feed her on for now.

Yea im not gunna lie mike, her not eating was getting me a lil scared. But she ate and now shes back to playing in the bubbles haha. when u come over u'll see the new strip of bubbles i put in. Last night i went to bed and she was hovering at the top of the tank having the bubbles keep her up there. I woke up this morning, n it was like she never left lol still hovering, and when i got home today from work she was still there .. truly amazing. i can just sit here all night watching her and even more so now knowing shes eating.

Glad shes eating buddy.

You can also try the Pan/Trout worms from Walmart. They are much smaller and skinnier, plus they can live in the water for long periods of time and not die. So she may feed on them at night when the lights are out.

Glad to hear she ate.
