update on my silver aro project 2/11/10

Nice fish! About how much does it normally cost for a 6" Silver Arowana? At a LFS, the guy is selling one for $79.00...... Is this about right?
i got my 4-6" aros for $25 each...inseason they are/should be cheaper then that...out of season i have seen them at that size for $100
i put my larger silver in the big tank a few days ago as it is now 8" and i have the other 4 together to get bigger so they can be added aswell...
i lost one yesterday...it jumped real hard into the top and its head whent black and didn't eat and died...

one aro is in the 180gal and doing great...three are living together just fine and no agression...
wow, you really love fish man, this hobby is expensive, but nothing better then to watch a graceful arowana swim back and forth... i have my tank in my room and it puts me to sleep everyt night. Its truely a peaceful thing and number 1 stress reliever.
fish are relaxing regarless of all the work involved...if it wasn't for hunting, fishing and fish keeping i would have killed someone by now...there is way to many stupid people in this world and worse yet they are able to reproduce...
