UPS delay ON THE SHIPING will they PAY ME BACK MY MONEY ?

PLEASE I NEED YOU HELP ? would they COVER LIVE FISH ? because they DELAY IT it cost me $1250 ?

They should cover anything that is in the package and if insured, money will be returned. If not, sue.

Did you buy next day shipping? If not how was it shipped? What was the delay? Give us some info, you'll get more of an accurate idea.

"Any package containing a live animal shall be considered a perishable commodity and will be accepted for transportation solely at the shipper´s risk for any damage or loss arising from the perishable nature of the item. UPS shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages."

i known the pack is not damages , i paid next day air $180 for ship cost , AND I CAN NOT TRACKING , i call them and they dont know where the box is , ALL THEY TELL ME IT going to delay , THANK GUY all i just hope MY FISH STILL ALIVE IN THAT BOX

Well, if it's any consolation, our South American shipments probaby spend two days in boxes, with much issue.
