There is a reason they picked "brown" for their color.... I work for a global freight forwarder, 9 times out of 10 a delay means (outside of an aircraft layover) that they cannot locate the package within their distribution centers. Seriously get on the phone and stay on the phone. Don't speak to any moron customer service person, if they could locate it, they would have delivered it. Demand a manager and they may respond a little faster. Especially if you tell them what they are costing $$$$ wise and you might seek legal actions. Works for me...

I've had bad experiences with that method,I sat there for hours throughout the nite while they try to find my package,only to finally get a smashed,leaking box.Lucky for me I have not been let down by ups or fedex so far.Red_Belly_Pacu;3445062; said:
