Thank you again all. I am still at it. Some one made a joke about people stocking up on milk and buying 4 gallons. I said, I drink 4 gallons on a normal week. Since work has been closed all week I have had to watch it because I am half way through the week and almost done with 4 already.
I have changed by plan a bit here it goes
MWF: 5 am 30 minute walk/run on tread mill
MWF: Home from work hour work out
sets of three
16 pushups to single arm row
12 overhead shoulder press
50 crunches
then
25 incline bench (dumbbells on exercise ball)
15 triceps (dumbbells on exercise ball)
10 arm curls (palm down, then hammer, then palm up)
then
20 minute cores strength execerises on the wii
planks,side planks, row squats, and then a bunch of core stuff
T/TH
after school
1 hour treadmill
Sat/Sunday
1 hour treadmill
PS I am currently working on my MAE as well as working out and I am a full time teacher...so I have really no free time. So anyone can do it. Just start tomorrow and do not give up.
