Also I've been looking at the phtofeast, and it brought me to thier website. Tey seem to have very interesting products if you guys wanna check them out just type in phyto feast, and a site should come up called "reef nutrition". Also does anyon eknow where mandarins are sold fed on prepared foods? If not I'll wait another year in hope of copepods to grow in my tank.
You would have to go through an LFS, but ORA(oceans, reefs, and aquariums) offers tank raised ones that are fed prepared foods(I am not sure what they feed). I also am not sure how frequently they have them in stock either.
If I was you, I would wait on the Mandarin as long as possible so that you have an established system and population of pods. They will act as another healthy food source for the mandarin and help you be successful in keeping it.
