I've realized that, no matter what fish we've got, we realize that there's always more fish on our wish list. Some of the fish we'll be able to purchase, keep, and care for; others, we will have to view at aquariums, hoping for the day we can own one of those fish. Here are my dream fish:
-Arapaima
-Silver Arowana
-Asian Arowana (is anyone surprised?)
-Some sort of freshwater stingray (black diamonds are awesome)
-Vittatus/Goliath Tiger Fish
-Tigrinus Catfish
-Payara
What are yours?

Well, if we're talking saltwater, here's my list...
-Great Barracuda
-Queensland Grouper
-Mahi Mahi
-Blue/Black Marlin
Which on your list is 'free'? I highly doubt it's the coelacanth, but I'd gladly take one if I had the tank for it.:)

Yeah my whole list is saltwater and the free fish would be the tripletail....after just one look at it most members here will know why I'd like one. They can be caught off the gulf side of Florida and not too far from the shore.
Oh yeah,my freshwater pick would be an Australian lungfish.

Yeah...I just looked up tripletail, and I see why you want one! It almost looks like a freshwater fish! And of course, the lungfish...that's not too surprising, considering how they look.
