What are your favorite Amphilophus species?

Wow, they are beautiful and if those are real, do not eat plants?

What can you combine them with in a 300 gallon? I'm looking for a centerpiece fish for a new CA setup.

Thank you but the only thing that I can grow in my aquariums is algae so I'm unable to answer that question with regards to plants.
