I am overweight...but am trying to eat better. I stopped smoking and have vastly reduced my alcohol intake, and switched over to diet soda, and greatly limit my number of sweets. I figure if I eat what I want...just less of it and try to make some better choices along the way Ill be healthier. Ive lost about 15lbs and a clothing size by changing a thing here or there in the last 2 months. Id say a contributing factor to that has been getting diagnosed and treated for polycystic ovarian disease, its supposidly a contributing factor to weight gain.
Congradulations on working to improve and then actually accomplishing it.. you are very wise to start now and not do it drastically ..but slowly .. i hope you have the ovarian disease behind you.
