i carry my blade wherever they dont have somebody at the door trying to pat me down. if nobody is checking my pockets, i have a blade. wishing the bad guys didnt use weapons is not good enough for me, im gonna defend myself.

thats why we have the right to bear arms-whether it be a gun or knife. that right there is freedom

You don't have the right to bear arms in a school, even if they don't pat you down.

nothing really....

What part aren't you understanding? I am not a bad person, although you seem to think it by your posts. Yes, I do carry a knife with me to school. Wait until one of your friends gets pistol whipped, then tell me you still don't want to carry protection.

yeah, well tell that to the guys that have done the recent school shootings. if saving my life and the life of others means breaking a law, then i guess im a criminal

I consider anybody that breaks the law a criminal. The law says no weapons at school. No offense, but if somebody pulls a gun on you, and you have a knife, there's really nothing you can do, even at school.

true, but did the guys that hijack the planes on 9/11 have a gun? i dont think so. and im not talking about schools only - im talking about anywhere in public. i even have my blade at work.

and i guess ill be a criminal for the rest of my life. thats not gonna hurt my feelings! :headbang2

I'm simply saying that I don't think it's right to bring a knife to school. If you go to work and your boss allows it (or your situation allows it), by all means, carry a knife. I woud. But just don't carry one where you're not supposed to.

Besides, do you know what the penalty is for carrying a knife at school? :screwy:
