Hello guys, I am new to the site my name is Rick (Keymaker). But I worry sometimes about me bringing things (Fish, Parasites whatever etc.) to my environment then having the knowledge to quarantine or fix the situation. I am glad you guys are around! One of the best forums I have been apart of keep up the great work MFK!

Besides all that's already been mentioned, one of my worse "fear" is just one day losing complete interest in the hobby

Hearing water running....woke up one morning to the sound of dripping water. Found out my tiger Oscar cracked my tank. Had to buy a new tank and set it up that day. Now that I have big tanks, having one break would be my biggest fear!

dead fish
even though over two decades of fish keeping
i still am afraid, when i go home and switch on the lights on the tanks

because one thing this hobby is, it always surprises you, you never knew that that little fella could eat the other fella, or die trying.

Definitely got some fears here and there. Like some of you, coming home to a fracked and leaking tank.. Earthquakes and my tanks falling. Fear of my 250 gallon tank's stability on stand.. Also worried sump's water pump attachments wearing out unknowingly.. becoming loose and eventually causing a huge leak gushing out..
