I don't recall stating that the owner of this fish is a criminal, or drug dealer, or anything else. What conviction, WTF are you babbling about, Cory? I also don't see anyone posting personal information? Did I miss it? What was posted exactly, please share. Do we know the owners name, address, location other than somewhere in Orange County? LMAO

Little touchy here methinks.

Assumptions go both ways, nothing wrong with either sides (if that's what you want to call this?) in speculating what may or may not have taken place with this fish, and this owner.

Oh, now it's just about moral differences? I see ...... I thought that the last outcry was about crime, criminals, and everyone's legal right to property ownership. This fish is either legal, or it isn't. Morals aren't even slightly involved in this equation. I personally hope that someone finds out, I'd love to know either way.

Let's not discuss Asian arowana in the US.

15. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the venue shall be the proper courts of United States of America.

This is why we can't have nice things.
