Yeah, I forgot that one, but is there much of a difference between a sky and a solstice? I have never seen a sky in person, but I was under the impression that they were basicly the same car.

It's basically the same.

Wurm - you were trying to think of the SVT Focus from Ford. It's their only attempt at a good sport compact.

I'm all for a well done car in any catagory. Just one thing... if it looks fast, it better dang well be fast. A loud exhaust, body kit and a huge wing on a front wheel drive car does NOT make it a race car.

Personally, I like American stuff. I have three Mustangs. But a 99 R34 at the right price would find a nice slot next to one of them.

wow not many people said lifted trucks, i have an 87' 2 door blazer S10 on a 1 ton frame with a 4" lift which should give it about a 10" lift all together not to mention the 39.5 in. supperswampers under the wheel wells and a 350 small block in it which is pushin out about 425 HP:headbang2. I Not only have lifted trucks in my arsenal but my dad has a 70' chevelle with a 427(:naughty:), some massive dart heads, a 500 shot of nitrous, 14" slicks and thats pushin out about 1100 HP:headbang2. All off our beasts are creations of DEPTULA PERFORMANCE, south lyon, michigan

Hemi powered vehicles are the fastest. top fuel dragsters=nitromethane hemi pusning 8,000 horse.
Bonnevile- records held by hemi power

I'd haveta say that an LS7 in a miata would be fun
My vote goes to american muscle. even tho i like alot of other foreign cars

I went with American Muscle. I drive a 71 Chevy C10 that sets off all the little imports car alarms in the parking lot.

Though I do need all the oil reserves in Iran to keep it running. :(

Muscle Cars always turned my head and i think always will, imports arent bad either, and im surprised how quick some of them are, but when poorly done with all blow and no go, such as a coffee can exhaust, racing stickers from a nonexistant company that somehow add at least 25 hp, and a wing that could double as an ironing board, when they rev it sometimes I can't stop laughing.

I am sad to say this will be my last American car. While the engine and transmission are great (built in germany), the overpaid geniuses in TN wired my intercooler in reverse polarity (a mistake made on all 2004 and some of the 2005 redlines) and the morans at GM wouldn't cover fixing it. They also put on a catalytic converter that clogged after 50,000 miles (which is common on this car) and blew a hole in my flex pipe, which they were required to cover under federal emissions law. Toss in a cheap plastic dash, tires that were excellent but not rated for ANY winter use (but still sold with them in MN) and poor marketing and aftermarket support for a car marketed to the performance crowd. I love the car, but all the parts that count were either not made by GM or were made overseas. The supercharger is made by Eaton, the intercooler by Laminova, the racing seats by Recaro, the transmission is Getrag. GM and the American auto companies can't compete in the US because the UAW has a gun to their head. Foreign manufacturers building cars in the US are non-union, and pay far less for their labor than the American companies. The only way GM can compete is to lower quality to put out a comparable product at a comparable price. My next car will probably be a Nissan or Toyota, unless GM can reach a labor deal that is fair and competitive and can raise their quality standard to meet that of the foreign companies. I have been driving GM since I got a license, and so has my family generations before me. It's sad.

I think I like european cars like Lambos and Ferraris, I like all types of fast cars I guess, asian, euro, and muscle. Lifted off road is cool but not really my thing? I am trying to find a "sleeper" 03 Nissan Maxima,4dr HUGE inside and they come in 6 speed with 255 horses, that might be something nice and cheap for you EWURM , pretty darn reliable too.
