What was the wackiest thing you have ever caught?

At the pier in PCB a guy caught another guy's rod with the kingfish still attached.

Hahaha, that's awesome! That's why you should always tie you king rod to the pier. I'd hate to lose an expensive king rig.

While saltwater fishing in FL off a dock (and I'm so lucky I had 2 rods!!!) I was sitting down on a bench and about 5ft in front of me were my 2 rods casted out leaning on the railing of the dock...all of a sudden one of my rods jump up and fly into the water and start going out (my rods float thank god)-and at that same time I see a huge pelican drop outta the sky into the ocean! I quickly grabbed my other rod, reeled it in and casted out to my other rod and got it back! and untangled the line from the pelican! lol that was a pretty funny day

Body well actually the skeletal system that was tangled in the weed bed.

Left by Al Capone at least thats what the cops believed being that he had a hide out a mile away and was known to dump bodies in the flowage i fished.

I still wont fish the weed beds in that bay and it was were I had my best luck walleye fishing.
