What's The Best Way To Learn L Numbers?

I would hate to have you as a professor mrtoofay. He's barely learning L# and you throw him one of the most confusing pleco categories out there...the panaques! Don't be surprised to find gum on your seat! lol.

I would do the L# and picture on the front and the Common name on the back, and forget the scientific name.

I agree with you tigerjace, I couldn't tell you which panaques are which either. and I own 2 of them, only the color eyes and size give it away to me which one is which.

You had an L128, you're lucky man! One of my dream plecos is an L200, saw one about 4" at my one LFS one day and wanted it so badly but it was $90 which now isn't that bad actually but back then was a fortune to me.

I sure did, he was every bit of 7". I actually sold him to a fellow mfker
