Ok so im gonna have a 55G long in my room after winter..technically spring break is when i hope to move it in here but im gonna ask what cichlid is best..thnx for answering..if you do anyways lol

Most Crypthoteros would work. Definately not an Oscar. Also firemouths and Salvini's like mentioned, although Salvini's can reach decent size. Maybe Archocentrus Centrarchus can work, they are veeery nice fish. But they get to 8 inch I believe, so a pair in a 55 may be pushing it.
