just thought I'd ask to be sure.I decided to for go the festae based on availability and size at availability ( since I really need to have a larger fish than 1 1/2-2"). The Bocourti lost out on dietary needs since they are vegetarians. So basically my tank will house the mota, midas and Jd. GT is questionable based on size and diet as well and I'm pretty sure the firemouth and con will just end up being playtoys.

Thanks to everyone for all the input! I almost fell outa my chair when my daughter announced to the family that his name should be " Mo". My wife said she loved the name too which made it even funnier. Guess it was meant to be.
Kinda off the subject but i noticed that Jeff Rapps has some 4-4.5 inch widebars in stock. Would I be pressing my luck to add a medium sized school to this tank. I really won't have any other target fish at all. Just curious more than anything. I like silver dollars but these widebars are really nice looking and will be about the same size as the three main occupants.

I know. Beautiful fish but I don't need half a dozen 12-15" fish schooling in my tank. Wish they stayed smaller. Oh well
