Probably the Poly section
ok so my aphonopelma chalcodes male is pretty much killing himself:( and the one my grandpa had for me was another male so they let it go back where they caught it. so what is a good species of tarantula to get? it needs to fit in a 10 gallon or 15 gallon tank for life. i can easily theese species:
brazilian black
brazilian black and white
brazilian red
chaco gold stipe
chilean rosehair
curly hair
pinktoes (several species)
baboons
birdeaters
and the green or blue bottles
the lfs near me sort of has a tarantula addiction(1 full rack system of spiderlings and a giant birdeater in the front of the store) so what is a good species? i have lots of experience with bugs so experience is not an issue and neither is cash. so what do you think? i dont really care if its desert or rainforest.

I say a T.Blondi I personally think theyre cool never owned one though

If you can find one of these puppies go for it!

P.Metallica :headbang2 and if you cant then I tink cobalts and birdeaters are pretty beast too I've never had a T but have a friend who has a lot of them!

Chaco gold all the way. They get relatively large and are super calm.

birdeater in a 15?

I'm really new to tarantulas, but I've had a pinktoe for a while and I really like it except for the fact that it never comes out from behind its web in the corner

I say get a Chaco gold stipe. I have one and he is huge and AWESOME. I also have a chilean rosehair and a pinktoe they are just as AWESOME however I just love the size and color of my chaco gold stripe. He is also very calm and easy going.

well thats 2 for chaco, and 2 for pinktoe. the goliath would prob get a 20 long, but i prob wont get one, just was listing what is availible to me. i forgot i also have a 20 tall for an arboreal one if needed, i am well prepared for anything. i am sort of a fan of the big docile ones that will eat things like small lizards and pinky mice. would a chaco gold knee eat thoose? or what about a brazilian black or brazilian black and white? i didnt know you could keep pinktoes in colonies that is pretty pimp.

and that pix is of some sort of indo ornamental, cant remember the species not a A. metalica. still a cool spider. also what is a good website for T care? i cant find one that includes chaco gold knees...
