Don i know jose and he is a good guy and a straight shooter Man i know that he did not mean you personaly When saying what he said .I do know what jose is saying though anybody can go out and buy a rare fish period .....But Don you know well the dedication it takes to keep these guys looking great and yours do i looked through this thread front to back and jose's reply is the only one i saw that talked about money but as i said earlier i know that was not directed to you Don i hope you change your mind man your fish are premium and i'd like to say that i would love to own a couple myself....

Thanks Hulon. I had to go back and re-read everything as well because I was surprised at the comments that followed. I don't know what happened but I do know that a few people don't know how to read very well, and all of the sudden my post was construed to be rude comments bashing Don's collection. And to be honest, I don't see where that happened in this thread. If Don took offense to what I said, I can't help that. My comments weren't directed towards anybody. It was a blanket statement that is honest truth; money can buy whatever you want.

And like I told you, the theatrical drama of the cichla section rivals that of daytime soaps, it's never-ending. All I need is my bath robe, curlers in my hair, and a tub of popcorn. Guess folks can't handle a straight shooter these days

i am a dedicated fish hobbyst to the fullest.. i take this $h!t very serious and am dissapointed to be called a person with money.. as oposed to a die hard or hard core cichla collector.. Thanks to Li aka Neo for making a wonderful place for fish people to meet chat and share things.. but its obvious its my time to go.. i will miss all that were cool and sorry to let you guys down that loved my collection but this is the end...

We all know its not about having money. I have money to buy fish but I don't have all the fish I want. It takes alot of serious serious searching hunting down leads sometimes months years to find the fish you want and sometimes never! I don't know you Don or have seen any of your fish vids but I really would like to see them. Don't let one person or even a couple people get you down. who cares what they say. Seems there were more people giving you props in this thread then the one idiot who thinks money can buy any collection. Keep up the great work and please don't stop posting!
