hey bro u got to see one in person its one of the most amzing fish to see in
person

if i had to pick one fish to raise, arowana's would be my choice.

everything else pales in comparison.
ive not come across anything as legendary, mystifying, awe-inspiring, etc etc..

its truly a majestic creature, and i always plan to have one in my fish stock line up.

my next aro will be named "M"

M.Arowana. lulz.

i only have a small silver but hes full of character and the way he eats everything that hits the water is awesome to watch

i could go on forever listing things i like about this fish but from the first time i saw one i knew i was having one

I saw one huge silver aro when I was little at a zoo, the scales, wow, ever since then I've always wanted to keep arowanas, alotta years later and still no arowana, only have a 150 gal tank, so..

I'm a red arowana lover. I like its majestic look.

It is very challenging to keep arowana.

It is exciting to see how your arowana transform gradually over the years from yellow colour to orangy colour to finally red colour.

Food, water management, lighting and gene are important factors for keeping good arowana.

After reading this thread, I really :nilly:really:nilly: really :nilly:really :nilly:really want an Arowana again(never raised one yet). But feared that my tanks are not wide enough. Out of the many tanks I have, they are only 2' wide :irked:.
