yeah they told me the same thing and i told him he was roung to look up what he is selling i have 2 of them and they out grow my 90 in a little over 6 moths

Yeah thats all fine and dandy until they got to feed their family.
That's BS even if you go back and complain they'll give you another inch but ya can't connect to the other 5'11". They need to give you a whole new chain. Other then your post these, chain store post are quite nonsensical.
So your saying abuse fish to make a quick buck for your family?
I know it's hard to see your family struggle but I just can't sleep at night knowing that I hurt so many animals for a quick buck.

BTW there is nothing "quick" about making money owning a LFS. Try doing a little research on the subject.
I was in a petsmart and a lady was buying an ID shark. I said "hope you have a huge tank" in a nice and friendly way. She said "why, do they get big?" I told her about 30 inches in captivity. She shrugged and said "oh well" and still bought it.
Lol it was an emergency I needed some NLS I normally go to Uncle Ned's Fish Factory which is a 1 hour drive from we're i live

I had similar experiences in petco by me some time last year. I posted a thread and most of the folks here on mfk told me I was out of line for saying something while the employee was just doing his job. lol chains stink
^ I disagree somewhat... if someone is new or inexperienced and doesn't realise how stores like these potentially operate then they can be easily mislead without realising. people should he able to go to a store and trust the word of the 'experts' working there. stupid as it may sound, some people I know still do not have computers and would not know the wealth of knowledge available through them. when I first started fishkeeping the internet was new and I had no access to it. my source of info was the people working in the stores I shopped at. Unfortunately sometimes it is only through getting bad advice that people can differentiate between the good and the bad. imo people working selling any animal should be well versed in its requirements and the store should be held accountable if they are not. Unfortunately we all know it doesnt work that way
