Really? Where have i turned to ignorance and denial on this thread? My argument still

Right or wrong, being arrogant and a know it all is not the way to go . Why do you think he has been banned on other boards ? For being smart? You be the judge.

A lot of people here used to like you. But that attitude that you are trying to monkey from Peacockbass will get you nowhere. If you dont believe me then ask read the comments that people are saying about you.

sad but true. :(

Better watch it big Del, you spent 6000 posts trying to get in good here, you are throwing it away by being a ruffian. Think about he next 6 months of constant posting to get back in good graces, I do not think Neal cares if he gets banned, you would have a breakdown:ROFL:

Come on people, stop the crap (especially you Redtailfool) we are having a discussion here. lets keep it this way.

I am kinda going against my above post ^... But this is funny.

Interesting Oddball. Do you know how many silvers are actually being bred?

Maybe farm bred is simply being confused with farm raised. If farms are getting them as fry and growing them out, someone buying them from that farm might assume they are bred there, not imported as fry and grown out.

To be honest I am surprised it's cheaper to import a bucket load of silvers from SA, instead of using more space to breed silvers the same way they do Asians.

So now then - what is really the cause of drop eye? :)

Incidentally my nice aggressive silver is currently 15 inches with no sign of it.

Del - my favourite fighters are Mexican, the best fighter ever P4P is half Mexican - Roberto Duran. In the ring they are generally tough as nails, fight to the end, noble warriors - don't let the side down del. Live up to your heritage.

LOL!!!!

nice.

Mexican "fighting heritage" goes way back. These men had no concept of fear when it came to death, Infact they hailed dying in battle as the best way (almost like the vikings)

I suggest you read into Siege of Tenochtitlan, delgado. here is the link-

There are no numbers given. The only info is that selective breeding is ongoing with emphasis on unusual morphs. So, I would hazard a guess that the numbers aren't high enough to support the standard silver aro market.
The business ideology has always been; silvers from S. America=wild-caught (stripped from adults caught for food). silvers from Asia=growouts.
