My wife's stocked up on chocolate, as per my instruction 
, you know, just in case we get inundated with trick or treaters!

So, we had a record number of trick or treaters this year. 1 group.
Normally we don't have any, haven't in years. So we didn't have any candy. Wife dug out some Ferrero Rochers for them, but they didn't take them because of nut allergies. Heheh.

I don’t know how they’re seen over there but over here those are seen as good candy and not one that a person casually gives away. They’re expensive for a candy here, what are the prices for you over there for them?
They're not that expensive. $2 for the little 3 pack ones, $19 for the 30 pack.
Ferrero Rocher and Lindt are just about my favorite for "candy" chocolate.
for 100% Cacao I like Lindt.
You can buy better, but for silly prices.
Hershey was always the standard in the US though Tobler is popular on the west coast.
I bought a bunch of typical snack-sized chocolates. Milky Way, Twix, 3 Musketeers and Snickers. So far we've only had 5 neighbor kids, but it is still early.
