^ Exactly, while there are games being developed for iphones, its mainly more indie companies etc that are doing it and not as many large traditional gaming companies that are used to designing for consoles etc...
So until they develop games that not only graphically, but game play wise could keep up with nintendos handheld games, the market will still be quite different... since with iphone games its more about playing to kill time waiting for a train or something, while nintendo handheld games can really draw you in for hours on end...
