^^ good point the only reason I still own a wii and got the wii u was for zelda. I'm also planning on getting the new ds 2d for link between worlds.

It was a massive blow to the Monster Hunter series IMO (they closed the MH3 servers for the wii u's MH3U). just horribly horribly mismanaged. it's like they thought there was enough asians (no offense) to carry the console here without putting a dollar into marketing or bundling it with games. heck, they barely even notify people of it's release on the wii dashboard which is full of upcoming games and apps advertisement if you know where to look.

then again, seeing the way they run the seattle mariner baseball team, i don't think nintendo cares to put any work into anything anymore. they wanna live off of past glory and titles and rack in the cash with minimal work.

I should be offended by that comment, but I didn't realize we still had a baseball team. Go Hawks.

Very horribly and it is gonna kill some games series with it. MH3, which i have a staggering 750 hours into my MAIN character not counting the others, servers got shut down the instant the Wii U's MH3U was released. Why they would do something so stupid, I havnt a clue but they did. Then MH3U had all kinds of issues. Just dumb moves all around.

They must have thought that everyone was going to jump on the mh3u bandwagon and switch over once it was released

I guess. Im recently divorced, I dont have the cash for the Wii U. Plus all the major issues, changes and such from MH3 to MH3U, no thank you. 3U is just MH3 with things like bowgun customization removed, and a little extra content. No point what so ever. Shame because MH3 is a game. It was literally my favorite game of all time, with more hours in that than even PSO from gamecube, minecraft or any other game. Should have left them open for 6 months to a year longer.
