Is this the same as the galaxy crayfish? I’d love to get some, but a lobster would either kill or be killed in any of my tanks…

No, but for real, I've had a lot more time on my hands lately, so sometimes I just make a ton of them in advance in my free time. Doesn't take very long.

Description

Macrobrachium spinipes is a very large and recently-discovered shrimp known to develop in marine and brackish conditions, and to live in freshwater as adults.They are very predatory and aggressive, and may not hesitate to dig up some plants, and attack tankmates, both of its own species and others.

I believe they are most commonly around 15-18", 20" is sort of a high estimate, but still not unreasonable!
