Well there are 2 things I would do 1 try and straighten it back or put him out of his misery.
As I don't think he will be eating and will probably starve.
We have had cb endilicheri do this for no reason at all,seemed to be a nerve disorder, and eventually die,,, hence the reason we do not sell cb polys
