actually 6 or 7 is to many for a 300... id i wouldnt do more than 4 in a 300. may seem big now, but they do get to 12 to 14 sometimes up to 16 inches... but nice tank regardless.

Well there are six oscars in there now, if there are problems I will move some to the 125.

I get that you think waste will be an issue. I have an ammonia sensor on my tank, and excellent filtration. I perform VERY regular water changes and tests. I have power heads positioned so waste goes straight to a filter sock instead of settling on the bottom. I know what's required to keep the water clean, and it stays clean.
The way people have overblown the Oscars fecal output you'd think you have to follow them around with a pooper scooper...time to put that myth to rest.
The waste even if removed from sight is still in the system asides from solid waste they still produce urine. Tour tank looks cool man i think aquanero is just pointing out how important wc's will be.

I think he has made it pretty clear. That he does a great job keeping up on his water cleaning and changing. So with that I don't think he will have any issues. Nice tank! Keep us updated
