First time buyer from aquascape

So I'm basically screwed if something happens with this fish. Why would they send me a damaged/sick fish?! It's not like this is in any way related to shipping. What if this infection or whatever it is slowly kills the fish. I'm not protected at all. Man this pisses me off. Now I'm going to be stressed and had to spend more money to treat it.
Is it one of their common practices to ship fish that they know have problems. I guess it's partially my fault for not noticing but I didn't study the picture they posted and missed the damage on the tail. It's worse now than in that picture when I look back at it now. So the fish probably sat in the store getting worse and they didn't think it was necessary to treat the fish or even let me know.
Shipping might of stressed the fish out. He looked okay on their site but now he obviously has some kind if fungus on his tail. Hows it behaving? And have the water changes helped? Either way it sucks bro .
Honestly demand a partial refund for the fish. You have to take the risk now. Or send it back and have them pay for shipping back. Just make a claim on PayPal if they don't corporate. They view this on here and said nothing....
I just got home from work and the tail is worse. I went to my local shop and showed him all the pictures and he told me to get tetracycline because it was getting worse and attacking the body. I I just did a half strength dose of that. This is sooo annoying.
