I just wanted to correctly inform you on the condition of the fish I received yesterday morning.  Nicole is well aware of what is going on as it is documented on your page.  I just wanted to make sure I'm covered in the event that the sick fish you sent me doesn't make it.   I was being as calm as possible when you repeatedly lied to me about when you were sending the fish.  I even remember Nicole saying that you hold fish to make sure they are healthy before you send them.  What happened here?  Did you try and sneak one past me?  For a company that is being destroyed by all of your past customers you would think that you would put an effort into running a legitimate business.  I don't know if the owner is having mental problems, drug addiction, health problems, money problems etc.  but you need to figure out how to conduct business in a logical and ethical way.  I'm disgusted with how you have treated me as a first time customer and will never use you again.  You need to make this right and make it right with everyone else you have scammed.  Get a clue.
