Honestly demand a partial refund for the fish. You have to take the risk now. Or send it back and have them pay for shipping back. Just make a claim on PayPal if they don't corporate. They view this on here and said nothing....

I'm already angry just spent $30 on medication because it is getting worse so fast.
 
I just wanted to correctly inform you on the condition of the fish I received yesterday morning. Nicole is well aware of what is going on as it is documented on your page. I just wanted to make sure I'm covered in the event that the sick fish you sent me doesn't make it. I was being as calm as possible when you repeatedly lied to me about when you were sending the fish. I even remember Nicole saying that you hold fish to make sure they are healthy before you send them. What happened here? Did you try and sneak one past me? For a company that is being destroyed by all of your past customers you would think that you would put an effort into running a legitimate business. I don't know if the owner is having mental problems, drug addiction, health problems, money problems etc. but you need to figure out how to conduct business in a logical and ethical way. I'm disgusted with how you have treated me as a first time customer and will never use you again. You need to make this right and make it right with everyone else you have scammed. Get a clue. Okay, thanks for your time. Look forward to hearing from you tomorrow.

That rot is pretty nasty. I hope your fish pulls through and makes a full recovery. That's a cool looking piranha!
On another note. That email was pretty harsh. I find that being firm and asking for a solution in a calm manner... but not insulting... usually brings about better outcomes in terms of customer satisfaction. Your email pretty much told them that even if they make things right you will never do business with them again. So therefore they cannot make things right. You publicly slammed them. There will be very little motivation for them to help you. Well, good luck with your fish and email.

Shipping might of stressed the fish out. He looked okay on their site but now he obviously has some kind if fungus on his tail. Hows it behaving? And have the water changes helped? Either way it sucks bro .
It's behaving like I would expect a new piranha to behave. And as you see the newer pictures its tail is going fast. Pristine water conditions aren't helping. I just hope it's not too late. Someone give me some hopeful positive news! Please!
 
Oh and I thought maybe I should add that the water the fish came in was very smelly. Not sure if that has to do with anything or not but I thought I'd tell you guys who know more than I do.

$30 off your replacement shipment if needed, possibly $30 credit if the fish survives. Clearly they dun goofed, but there's still time to make it right in my eyes. Documenting everything is smart, and that smell from the water you mentioned will be ammonia almost 100 percent of the time. We have evidence that they messed up and that's obviously bad, but how they handle the rest is more important in my eyes. When you ship a fish within a week of importing it the chance of these problems are much higher. If they continue to mess up from here, however, then you get vocal. I hope that the public format forces them to make right on this, although I hope they would have without it.
