Sorry if the pictures are not very high quality. I do not have a very good camera. Here is a video from november 2014 of my orange ranchu and my thai black ranchu. The thai black ranchu died but pumpkin, my orange ranchu is still alive. I took all of the attached pictures today, but not the video.

They were still in the 20 i got for free then. Now it is a bare bottom tank with guppies minnows and mosquito fish.

if I might make a suggestion while looking for a tank hang a AC110 filter on it and get it cycling,
 
ya your filters not up to the job. looks like bacterial bloom. I would do a good vacuum and toss some gravel in to help with the bio filtration.
 
in the mean time I would be changing the water every other day till you get something in there cycled up to the task.
 
you stated you just did one yesterday yes?
